It all started with a simple "once upon a time" at bedtime. What began as nightly stories for my children quickly grew into something much bigger. Soon, the stories spilled over into the daylight, and neighborhood friends began gathering around to hear what would happen next.

To make the tales more vivid, I started crafting characters and backgrounds out of paper cut-outs. Seeing the joy and wonder those simple paper stages brought to life sparked a realization: Everyone has a story worth telling, and every story deserves a stage.

One day, the thought struck me: Why not take this magic further? Why not use the power of digital tools to give everyone—no matter where they are—the same ability to build worlds and share narratives?

That was the moment Potmagic was born. We've traded the scissors and glue for pixels and code, but the heart of the project remains the same.
